Why is the school food sector so important to your business?

Specialising in the Education Sector, and of the upmost importance, we offer a specific Education range containing 25% wholemeal, low fat, low salt, low sugar, added Omega 3 pizza crusts, calzone and fully topped pizzas, with a separate gluten free range.  The majority of our Education range is suitable for vegetarians/vegans.

What do you do as a company to support the school food sector?

We offer “in-house” pizza presentations and “Pizza Days”, that are great fun for students and staff alike.

What is your lasting memory of school food from when you were at school?

School food provides me with my best, comfort food memories. The social aspect, sharing lovely food with your friends, laughing, joking, sharing stories – real escapism, still important to me at meal times now.  Homemade Pie and mashed potatoes. Chocolate sponge with “Pink Panther custard!”

And the quick lunch leaving school for football or cross country – chips and beans and a buttered barm cake!
