2.00pm Working with Grow to School to increase your impact and legacy in Schools – Ama Chaney, Founder and Managing Director, Grow to School CIC.
Grow to School is an impact‑driven social enterprise dedicated to making food growing simple, sustainable and curriculum‑focused. Our Growbag Toolkits give schools everything they need including resources, guidance and activities, to integrate food growing confidently into everyday teaching and learning.
2.30pm Recent changes in Early Years Catering up to 5 years of age – Nicola Andrews, Eatwell Tutor and Lydia Murphy, Eatwell Assistant Tutor, Telford & Wrekin Council.
2.50pm QuornPRO Competition Launch in March for Secondary School students to develop a recipe using Quorn fillet. This is a great opportunity for Caterers to link with School Food Technology Departments – Kate Snow, Home Economist, QuornPRO.
3.10pm ‘How we support UK Farming’ – Jules Robinson, Business Manager, McCain Foods.
3.30 pm ‘The Italian Job’ (Food glorious food!) - Recent SCOTY visit to UNOX in Venice – Erin Ward, Winner SCOTY 2025, Holmer Green School (Impact Food Group) and Carol Harwood, TSFP - SCOTY Co-ordinator.
3.45 pm Questions and close at 4.00pm.
