Cathy Amos is Head of Customer Marketing at Brakes where she works closely with customers across the public sector. A key part of her role is supporting the Public Sector Catering (PSC) community and actively engaging with major industry bodies such as the HCA, TSFP, NACC, and TUCO, on behalf of Brakes.
Cathy also serves as a Non-Executive Director for Love British Food, where she champions how foodservice suppliers can strengthen their routes to market and contribute to the wider British food agenda, something that she is deeply passionate about. Cathy also plays a central role in Brakes’ initiatives related to reducing food waste and collaborates with its chefs to design menus that use ingredients in ways that cut waste. In addition, she has been instrumental in driving Plant Forward initiatives within Brakes.
