Peter has worked in the foodservice industry for 42 years and worked within the education sector for the past 28 years. Previously with McCain Foods, and now with Pizza Plus, who are proud partners Of The School Food People.
He believes every child should be offered a healthy and nutritious meal daily and no child should go hungry within the UK, and we must make food poverty a thing of the past. Peter is also keen to get children & students understanding where food comes from and works with caterers on menu & recipe solutions, to understand the provenance of the food they serve.
